Join us for a special evening with internationally-recognized contemporary artist Mel Chin. The night begins in the Drendel Auditorium with a conversation between the artist and Jonathan Stuhlman, Senior Curator of American Art at The Mint Museum. Stuhlman commissioned Chin to create a new work of art for the 2014 exhibition, Connecting the World: The Panama Canal at 100. This is the first time since the piece was created that the artist and the curator have sat down together to discuss SEA to SEE.

Following the talk, everyone is invited into the galleries to view the work and enjoy a dessert reception.
