Through collaboration with our board, volunteers, but most importantly our members, we’ve taken a fresh look at what it means to be an HMA member. Our newly designed membership levels retain what you value most but also include new benefits to enhance your membership experience. These benefits provide exclusive programming opportunities for deeper engagement with our exhibitions, collections, and teamHMA.

There are multiple levels to choose from based on your specific interests, as you can see in the membership levels chart to the right. And all HMA memberships support the work of the Museum for you.

Free admission during regular museum hours
The same discount in the gift shop and café as those offered members of that museum
The same discount on purchases made on the premises for concert and lecture tickets, as those offered members of that museum
Participating locations include The Mint Museum and Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in Charlotte, NC; Reynolda House Museum of American Art and Gardens in Winston-Salem, NC; and the Asheville Museum of Art in Asheville, NC.
