In this 3 day workshop, participants will explore creative methods of watermedia application onto Yupo paper. YUPO is the 100% recyclable, waterproof, tree-free Synthetic Paper that holds up to watercolors well by using spray varnishes to retard fading and protecting the finished painting. You will learn how to mask off designs with clear adhesive backed shelf paper, use alcohol to bring out more representational subjects, use different widths of tape for interesting lines, etc. It is a very interesting and fun medium to work with. You’ll enjoy the company of fellow artist and use top quality watercolors for your work.
