Hickory Museum of Art will partner with Catawba Science Center for a day of butterflies and bug building. Participants can make a bug from recycled and manmade materials here at Hickory Museum of Art, and visit Catawba Science Center for other bug related activities that same day. Program is being held in conjunction with the Flutterby Butterfly Habitat, which will return to Catawba Science Center’s outdoor courtyard in May.
Bug making is free at HMA. Bug Day at Catawba Science Center is free for CSC members, other visitors must pay general admission. For more information, call 828-327-8576.
